Terms of Service

KoderDev is operated and sold by KoderDev. These terms describe how you may use the KoderDev AI coding workspace. Last updated 3 August 2026.

1. Who you are contracting with

The KoderDev service is operated and sold by KoderDev ("we", "us"). When you create an account or buy a plan, your agreement for the service is with KoderDev.

By creating an account and continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. You confirm you are of legal age to enter this agreement, and if you accept on behalf of a company that you are authorised to bind it.

We may update this page as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms. Last updated 3 August 2026.

2. Your account

You need a verified email address to sign in. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity that happens under your account, and for keeping your account details accurate.

One person per account. Team plans let you invite additional members up to the seats included in your plan.

3. Plans, payment and billing

Free and paid plans include a monthly allowance of AI credits and project limits. When an allowance is used up, AI features pause until the allowance resets or you upgrade.

Paid plans renew automatically for the period you selected (monthly or yearly) at the price shown on our pricing page until you cancel. Prices exclude tax; applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated and added at checkout.

Payment, billing, invoicing, tax and cancellation mechanics are handled by our reseller Paddle and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy on this site.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; paid access continues to the end of the current period, after which the account moves to the free Starter plan.

4. Reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use KoderDev to build or distribute malware, phishing pages, spam tooling, or content that is illegal where you or your users are located.

Do not use the AI agent to generate content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, deceptive (including deepfakes or impersonation), or designed to break the security of a system you do not own.

Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or the security controls of the platform, and do not resell raw model access.

We may remove content, filter or refuse output, and suspend accounts that put the platform, other customers, or their data at risk.

6. Your content and projects

You own the code, prompts, files and assets you bring to or generate in your KoderDev projects. We process them only to operate the service for you.

You are responsible for reviewing generated code before you publish it, including licensing, accessibility and security review of anything you ship.

You must have the rights to anything you upload or prompt with. If a rights holder contacts us about your content, email us and we will review it and, where required, remove the content; repeat infringement ends access.

7. AI output

AI output is generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong. It is not professional, legal, financial or security advice, and we do not guarantee that generated code is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying output before you rely on it, and for the rights to any material you feed the agent.

Treat generated code the way you would treat a pull request from a new teammate: read it, test it, then ship it.

8. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use KoderDev within the plan you selected. We retain ownership of the platform, its software, documentation and branding.

Do not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical limits.

9. Availability, warranties and liability

We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance and incidents can affect builds and previews.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury.

Support requests are handled by email through the in-app support form; the response window shown when you raise a ticket is our target, not a contractual guarantee.

10. Suspension and ending your use

You can stop using KoderDev at any time and request deletion of your account and projects from Settings or by contacting support.

We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. Where practical we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your projects.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes, without affecting consumer rights you have locally.

Questions about these terms can be sent to Support@koderdev.com and we will route them to the right person.
